The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to all our families. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include charges for basic services, if legal or other requirements mean that you may buy items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

I.ITEMIZED SELECTIONS

Our fee for the service of funeral directors and staff includes, but is not limited to staff responding to the initial request for service; arrangement conferences with family or responsible party; arrangements of funeral, preparation, and filling of necessary authorization and permits; recording vital statistics; staff assistance before, during and following the funeral including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in this charge are expenses relative to administrative costs. 

This fee for our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. 

II. EMBALMING

Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require embalming, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

III. ADDITIONAL PREPARATION OF THE BODY

Use of facilities and staff for viewing. Our services include setup of viewing area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision of a specialist during the viewing.

Use of facilities and staff for the funeral ceremony. Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral, specialist to attend the funeral ceremony, setup, and use of facilities.   

Wake at other facility - Our services include coordinating funeral arrangements, setup of viewing area, supervision of the wake, and additional specialist necessary to conduct the wake at other facilities.   

Funeral Services at another facility - Our services include coordinating the funeral service, supervision of funeral service, and additional specialist necessary to conduct funeral service at other facility.  

USE OF FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

EQUIPMENT AND STAFF FOR GRAVESIDE SERVICE

Our services include accompaniment of remains to cemetery, supervision of graveside service, and specialist to attend service.              

1.Transfer of remains to Funeral Home: (Within 25 miles local service radius) 

Additional miles outside local (25 miles service radius) 

Trip to local Airport 

2.Automotive Equipment:

Caskets range from $1,595.00 to $74,000.00 A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.

1. Outer Burial Containers range from $1,195.00 to $25,000.00. A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.  

In most areas of the country, state or local law does not require that you buy an outer container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have an outer burial container.  

2.Urns range from $495.00 to $6,995.00. A complete price list will be provided at the funeral home.

3. Stationery, Garments, Permit, and Officials Participating:

Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Establishment: This charge includes the removal of remains, basic services of funeral director and specialists. Embalming and local transportation. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body.  

Shipping Cases for Airline – “additional fee apply” 

1.Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Establishment: This charge includes transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Specialist. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies. 

2.Immediate Burial: Our charge of an immediate burial, without any attendant, rites of ceremonies, includes removal and shelter of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, basic services of funeral directors & specialist, dressing and casketing remains.

Payment Policy: Arrangements paid by Insurance Assignments will be an additional 7% charge. This fee will be added to your total. For your convenience we accept cash, cashier checks, personal checks, money orders and credit cards.
