Unique Woolen

Unique Walker Woolen was born on September 8, 1976, he was raised in Cleveland, Ohio with his mother, Gloria Walker, and his siblings, John, Ricardo, Karnell, and Treasure. 

He completed his formal education in Cleveland, Unique was always a smart kid.  As a matter of fact, he made straight A's from 1st grade to 12th grade. 

He was an avid reader and a lover of books and music. At 12 he taught himself how to play the clarinet.  After the clarinet the drums, and then the piano after high school. His impressive academics led him to receive a full scholarship to Keyon College where he studied psychology and from there joined the United States Navy where he met and married the love of his life, Krissy. To this union two lovely daughters were born, Autumn K. Woolen and Lauren A Woolen. 

Upon leaving the Navy, he moved back to Cleveland where he became employed at The Cleveland Metro Park. He was so passionate about music, he went back to perfect his gift.

Unique leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Krissy; daughters, Autumn and Lauren; siblings, Ricardo Walker, Karnell Walker (Demetria), and Treasure Walker; and a host of other family members and friends. He was a very bright soul and he will be missed very much. 

The Celebration of Life Services will be held on June 22, 2024, 1:30PM Wake and 2:00PM Service at the House of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street, Cleveland, OH.
