Michelle Gray

Michelle Gray was born to Sarah Wilson and James Gray (deceased) on July 28th, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio. She accepted Christ at an early age. 

Michelle was a graduate and Valedictorian at East Technical High School class of 1980. After high school, many doors of work opportunities opened for Michelle and she was an asset to anyone who embraced her presence. Michelle was Manager with Toys R Us until their doors closed. She also worked for Kaiser Permanente, Alcoa Corporation, and May Company. She was the personal assistant for Mayor Michael R White. 

Michelle was a diva and a beautiful soul who liked to look fabulous at all times. She enjoyed cooking and reading. Most of all, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. 

Michelle Gray was called home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2024, at the age of 62. 

Michelle leaves to cherish her memory, her mother: Sarah Wilson; three children: Vernesha Gray, Vershawna Gray, and Michael Hurst Jr.; two brothers: Christopher Gray and Anthony Wilson; three sisters: Patricia Wilson, Sharon Norris, and Janet Wilson; eleven grandchildren: Martice Gray, Tyshawn Peak, Tylann Peak, Martrell Gray, Lamyah Wright, Braelyn Baker, Vonnell Gray, Alice Hurst, King Harrell, Jamire Johnson, and Ta'Vyona Hurst; great-granddaughter: Charl'Zay Gilliam and a host of other family and friends. 

The Celebration of Life be held on December 28, 2024, 2:30PM wake and 3:00PM service at the House Of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street, Cleveland, OH. Sedric D Veal, Sr, Eulogist
