Mary Lee Turner

Mrs. Mary Lee "May Lee" Tuner nee Gilbert was born on March 28, 1938, in LaGrange, Georgia. Born the only child of the late BJ and Aldora Gilbert. Mary spent much of her youth surrounded by her many cousins who often considered her to be more like a sister than a cousin. After graduating high school. Mary met her soulmate Charles Turner and the two were married on March 8, 1956. From that union, Charles and Mary had three children, two sons, Dennis, Darryl, and one daughter, Lisa who proceeded her in death. 

Mary was called from labor to reward on January 8, 2022.  A  public viewing will be 3:00PM to 5:00PM on Monday, January 17, 2022 at the House Of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street (East 71st and Harvard), Cleveland, OH. A Celebration of Life Services will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022, 9:30AM Wake and 10:00AM Service at Temple Baptist Church, 1862 Noble Road, East Cleveland, OH. Interment will immediately follow at the Cleveland Memorial Gardens, 4324 Green Rd, Cleveland, OH.

Face Mask will be required for both Viewing and Funeral services.
