Mr. Luster Phinnessee (81) was called from labor to reward on August 28, 2021. A public viewing for Luster will be Friday, September 3, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at The House of Peace Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, September 4, 2021, 9:00 AM wake and 10:00 AM service at The Church on the Hill, 9028 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, OH. Interment will immediately follow ending at Cleveland Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4324 Green Rd, Cleveland, OH.
