Kartez M Efford

Kartez Markese Efford was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 15, 2003. He was the third child born to Melanie Monroe and Karl Efford. 

Kartez received his education in the Cleveland Public School System and Atlanta Georgia School System. He attended Aerospace School as well. From an early age, he read the entire Children's Bible. 

Kartez enjoyed graphic design, football, music engineering, gaming, and spending time with his siblings. 

Kartez leaves to cherish his precious memories...his mother: Melanie Monroe; his father: Karl Efford; siblings: Elijah, Karrell, Katelyn, Karly, Karl Jr., Kadeija, and Carlos; grandparents: Glenda Mitchell Smith (Mark Monroe preceded in death), Cadelia Efford and James Efford; great-grandparent: Beverly Mitchell; aunts: Raynisha (Sean), Sherrice, Kimberly (Gus), Yvette, Robin, Jammie (Clinton), and Dorena; uncles: Frank and James, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The Celebration of Life Services will be held on July 12, 2024, 10:00AM Wake and 10:30AM Service at the Mt. Sinai Friendship United, 7510 Woodland Ave, Cleveland, OH. Dr. C. J.  Matthews, Eulogist. Interment will immediately follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park,  26200 Aurora Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146.
