Gregory L Davis

Gregory L Davis was born June 19, 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio to the parents of Larry and Rosebud Davis. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at St. Timothy Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. John T. Weeden. 

Gregory attended and graduated from East Technical High School. 

Gregory loved watching sports and helping the elderly with maintenance projects. His favorite color was black, and he was known for his favorite saying "Sho You Right." 

Gregory departed this life on Thursday, August 29, 2024. 

Gregory leaves to cherish his memories, his mother: Rosebud Davis; one brother: Heath Davis; three nieces: Chamere Davis, Tavetta Davis, Jasmin Davis and a host of cousins, friends and other loved ones. Gregory was preceded in death by his father: Larry Green; his grandmother: Amanda Davis; uncle: Jesse Davis; cousin: Jasmin Davis-Maddox and nephew: LeMarcus Roberson. 

A public viewing will be held on September 10, 2024, from 3:00PM to 5:00PM and the Celebration of Life will be held on September 11, 2024, 10:30AM Wake and 11:00AM Service at the House Of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street, Cleveland, OH. Sedric D Veal, Sr, Eulogist. Interment will immediately follow at the Cleveland Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4324 Green Rd, Cleveland, OH.
