Edwin B Cook

Edwin Bernard Cook, affectionately known as "Treetop" and "Nut", was born on September 12, 1988 to Barbara Clark and Eddie Cook. 

He graduated from East High School in 2007. Edwin participated in track and field, basketball, and football. He was a joyful, kind, and giving young man who always kept a smile on his face. Edwin enjoyed music, cars, DICKIES clothing outfits, family, real friends and fake friends. One thing Edwin was most proud of was giving his life to Christ. 

Edwin departed this earth on Monday, December 12, 2022. He will be missed by all who loved him. 

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother: Barbara Clark; father, Eddie Cook; two daughters, E'moni Cook and Ed'lina Cook; one son, Edwin Cook Jr; two sisters, Tamikio Clark and Kita; two brothers: Antonio Clark and Eddie Cook III (Catherine; two nieces: Dejahnique and Aaliyah; seven nephews: Demetri Jr, Christian, Eddie IV, Devon, Giovanni, Jayden and Junior, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

Edwin was proceeded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. 

A  public viewing will be held December 21, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the House Of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street (East 71st and Harvard), Cleveland, OH. A Celebration of Life Services will be held December 22, 2022, 10:00 AM Wake and 11:00 AM Service at Temple Baptist Church, 1862 Noble Road, East Cleveland, OH.
