Deatrice Michelle Augustus

Deatrice MIchelle Augustus (Dee Dee) is the third beautiful daughter born to proud parents, the late Mr. John Thornton Augustus, Jr and Mrs. Ethel Brown Augustus on February 12, 1980. She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Mr. Clinton Brown and Mrs. Sarah Brown, paternal grandparents, Mr. John Thornton and Mrs. Beatrice Young Augustus. She is also predeceased by her sister, Cerita Carter, uncles, Clinton Brown Jr., Robert Brown, James E. Augustus, Sr., and aunts, Clara Banks and Calamity A. Gant.

Deatrice made her transition from earth to heaven on Sunday, January 9, 2022.  Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Deatrice Michelle Augustus. As we remember and celebrate Dee Dee's life, we believe that she would want to encourage each of us to remember her with a smile and the assurance that she is resting with Jesus! And, when times get a little rough, listen closely with your heart and you will hear her voice saying - " Won't He do it"!

 A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, 10:00 AM Wake and 10:30 AM Service at the House Of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street (East 71st and Harvard), Cleveland, OH. Interment will immediately follow at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 5505 Northfield Road Bedford Heights, OH.

Face Mask will be required for both Viewing and Funeral services.
