Alvin Stanford Obituary

Alvin Deshawn Stanford was born on July 15, 1992, in Cleveland, Ohio to Alvin Osborn and Dora Mae Stanford. Alvin was the firstborn of three children born to this union. Whereas, on November 15, 2024, Alvin peacefully transitioned from this life surrounded by his loved ones. Alvin and his mother Dora Mae shared the same rare illness titled Machado-Joseph Disease (MJD). 

Alvin lived in Cleveland, Ohio his entire life and graduated from John Marshall High School in June 2010. Interestingly, Alvin was voted "PROM KING" of his class and he also participated in the Chess Club. Alvin had strong compassion, and he loved to rap! His talents were showcased as he won many talent shows while at school. Moreover, Alvin loved playing video games and playing sports. Alvin was baptized at an early age at Mount Nebo Baptist Church. 

Alvin leaves behind to cherish in his memory: his father Alvin Osborn; mother; Dora Mea Stanford (Preceded him in death). Stepmother: Abby Osborn; brothers: Terrell Osborn; LaVelle Hall. Sisters: Tiera Ellis; Keara Ellis; Ciera Ellis; Alishia Osborn; Karen Osborn and Destiny Osborn. In addition, Alvin leaves behind a host of family and friends who loved him dearly.

A public viewing will be held on December 12, 2024 from 3:00 - 5:00PM. The Celebration Of Life will be held on December 13, 2024, with a 10:00AM Wake and 10:30AM Service at the House Of Peace Funeral Home, 4105 East 71st Street, Cleveland, OH.
